4. Scoop 1 tbsp of dough at a time and roll
into a ball. Place on the prepared baking
sheets, leaving at least 1" between each
cookie. Bake for 45 minutes, rotating sheets
halfway through. Remove from the oven and
place sheets on wire racks.
5. After 10 minutes, while the cookies are still
warm, roll in confectioners’ sugar. Let cool
completely and roll the cookies in confectioners’ sugar again.

18 mini bundt cake, the batter will
hold long enough to bake 6 cakes
at a time with only 1 pan. Allow the
2 medium-sized oranges
4 cups water, plus more for
2 ½ cups sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves,
¹/³ cup whole milk
1 ½ tbsp freshly squeezed orange
1 tsp orange blossom water
1 ½ cups unsalted butter, room
4 large eggs, room temperature
